As your family grows and changes, it can often be hard to keep your home feeling bright and spacious. Moving house may not be the best option, so if you are looking to maximise what you have let's talk about a new build, renovation or extension.

  • BA (HONS) ARBV

Awarded the Architects Board of South Australia Prize in 2001, I began my career in Melbourne in 2002. In 2007 I started my practice with a beach house in Queenscliff. Intent on focusing on private dwellings, I continued working with builders to understand how to better implement an architectural design, which ultimately led to my own builder’s license. In 2015 I joined Destination Living to work on scaling the architect-builder model. Finally, in 2021 I pulled it all together to open my one-person office.

  • Why Three Hat Buildings

I created Three Hat Buildings because residential architecture is more a calling than a business; people come first, always. A great architectural experience is gained through clear building documents and communication. We aim to act like our grandparents would be proud. A handshake or spoken pledge is as good as a contract. The architect manages the building documents, like a patient in their care, adding specialist consultant information to provide new information or a new perspective, not to save time or thought. Yet the process is kept as simple as possible. The same person designing your home is working through your budget and helping you on-site every time; consistency, accountability, and professionalism dependant on just three key people, your architect, your builder and you.

I’d love to work with you.
